NH-Series are capable of carring out absolute accuracy measurement in less than ±0.1μm for inclined surfaces within ±30 degrees. Mitaka stitching measuring technology enables to measure high NA aspherical lens with angles over 30 degrees. This measuring technology allows to measure up to ±90 degrees in high-precision measurement.
