Measurement auxiliary functions

Alignment function

It transforms the mechanical XY-coordinates to the relative coordinates of a workpiece

Base plane calibration function

It calibrates the base plane of a workpiece by taking reference points (3 points < number of reference point < 300 points)

Point determination function

It measures any height on a linear line with regular pitch
application: waviness / camber measurement of lead frame

Height measurement function

It measures average height, maximum and minimum values of several points of a measuring plane
application: maximum height measurement of BGA

Macro and file management

Teaching macro function

It records manually operated measurements to macro files. It also creates original macros by combining automatically-generated macros.
For example, firstly you would define coordinate system with alignment and base plane calibration functions. Secondly, NH standard software would automatically measure size, cross-section / 3D profiles, etc. and would allow you to manage product quality easily.

File manager

It converts profile data into CSV, DXF, etc. file formats.
